Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by CallRise LLC ("we", "us", "our"), including callrise.co and Niche Finder Pro (niche-finder.pro), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of Services

CallRise provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products designed to help entrepreneurs research and validate business opportunities. Our current products include Niche Finder Pro, a niche research and validation tool.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Payment and Billing

Paid services are billed in advance on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until your current billing cycle ends.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you are not happy with your purchase, the following refund terms apply:

• Monthly subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge.
• Annual subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on the remaining months in your subscription.
• How to request: Contact us at info@callrise.co with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse or fraud.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by CallRise LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to our services.

Limitation of Liability

CallRise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
